Info for RD2 Northwest Regional @ Stoke-Nitro Racing Club

Information for Round 2 Northwest Regional. SNRC Sunday 19th May 2013

Times

Sunday
Gates open - 7:30am
Booking in open – 8am to 8:30am
Driver briefing – 8:45am
Rd 1 Practice called – 8,55am
Rd 1 Practice starts – 9:00am

Parking/Pitting
Gates will be open from 7.30am Sunday Morning, due to the large amount of drivers booked in at present all drivers are urged to park neatly and close to the next person as possible and if your car is not needed please park away from the pits once unloaded so drivers can pitt on the astro and as close as possible to the track, we have a massive carpark so your car wont be too far away.

BRCA

Be sure to bring your BRCA card with you. If you are unknown to the club you WILL be asked for your card. Like wise, people working in the pit lane or relief marshaling must have BRCA insurance.
Please try to help the club by having your card ready at booking in to show.

Catering
Catering is available on the race day.

Race fees

Please try to have the correct amount so to speed up booking in.

Shops, Food

Mcdonals, Petrol Station all within 1/2 mile.
Kebab house, Chip Shops again all within 1/2 mile
Buffet Island 1 mile http://www.buffet-island.com/newcastle.aspx
Woolstan Public House (nice cheap food and a nice pub) 2 miles from the track.

Drive past the Speedway entrance to the end of the road and the track is through the gate on the LEFT top of the field

Weather is looking good for tomorrow so this maybe the second race weekend this year that we have had it dry. Fingers crossed.

I've lost my brca card. Waiting for a replacement.
I do have tho a email from the brca to confirm my membership
For 2013. Will this be ok ?
