Default My YZ10 97....

My attempt at a 97...not quite finished but couldn't resist posting anyway! Its taken 4 years to get to this after seeing a 2 page spread in the Oct 97 issue of radio race car (photo attached). Enjoy.....

Thanks for all the positive comments

She's all new from the bottom up and as stated there's a few bits to finish, new diffs and out drives are here and just need building and installing and I need to find a set of new front driveshafts.

All that's left then is to decide whether to paint the body or not.............

Stunning.... & very rare! I love the look of the 97' with its high towers & MX4 wheels... arguably probably a better car than the MX-4 too?

and that is the dilemma!! I could buy a repro body to paint and keep the original clear...or just get one half painted and leave one half clear

Quick update....chassis posts weren't in the best condition and I wasn't happy with them so a friend who's a machinist made me some replacements, while he was at it I also got him to machine some battery posts too! much happier with how she looks now... thanks for the great work Kevin Fenrich (RSFruitbat)
