Default Team C on the Top of the sheets...

Hello ,

I have some great news for the Team C community.
In Germany the Absima / Team C drivers have done some really great results and even some unbelievable results (later on the post) @ the German Championships during the last 5 weeks.

Starting with the Monster and 2wd SC 1 mount ago.
In Monster there was 2 cars in the A-main and there it was Teamleader Markus Lübke taking the win and Tom Maquel finishing 6 position.

Last A-main

In Sc2wd again Markus was the winner after a really close battle with team mate Tom Maquel that takes second place

Second and last A main:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RAw2gEv8Ssk

two weeks later it was the 4wd and 4wdSc nats with also some team C drivers on the pace.
at the end in Sc4wd Markus took the last podium place behind Jörn Neumann and Björn Prümper. In the A main Team C was present with 3 cars !!

this last weekend it was an Unbelievable one....
the 2wd nats in Germany.

starting with the stock class it was Marc Schilling that was suprising everyone after qualifying beeing on spot nr 2 for the finals. But then in the finals he made a really strong performance and won the first 2 mains giving him the overall win.

In the modified class it was a topclass driverfield with Neumann, Hupo, Krapp etc but at the end Oliver Scholz took the TQ after qualification and everybody was just thinking wuaw ...
in the finals he showed no nerves and outspaced some of the best drivers in europe, taking the win on that really challenging track. Doing also the fastet laps of the weekend in front of Jörn Neumann and Christopher Krapp on 3.
(when the videos will be online I will post them.)

also some junior titles and 40+ titles goes to Team C drivers...

what can I say... well done guys and great work Absima and Team C.
happy to be part of the party

here you find some pics of the podiums etc.
for any more informations, feel free to contact me

kind regards
Tom

Hi Tom, some excellent results there! And as you say against the best drivers in Europe too.

Team C in the uk is getting on the pace now also, we haven't had the cars as long as you guys but we are finding them really great to drive, and no reliability issues at all.

@John, yeah i hope that also in UK the cars will follow the succes, was a little bad with that Ansmann story but i think that the hard work will get paid and that Team C will show everybody that these cars are really competitive.

Yes, the 2WD championships were held in Köngen on astroturf with dBoots control tyres in the rear and any sanctioned front tyres (i.e. old-school Shuey staggers for all).
