Default Batley Regional 20th July

Hey All,

Just wondered if we're all gathering on Saturday for track preperation in rediness for the regional??

I can't get there until mid afternoon, but more than willing to help...

Could someone find out if the rostrum still needs another two sheets of plywood to finish off the flooring??

Thanks

JIm

Jim, The track is in pretty good shape, it basically needs the fencing putting up around the edges on Saturday, but only if people are staying overnight (otherwise the locals will certainly destroy it within hours).
The rostrum does still need the plywood sheets, and also a short section of handrail for the steps (again courtesy of the locals)
If anyone is planning on staying over perhaps they can post on here and we can make arrangements depending on what time people are arriving?

Brrrrr!!

Just heading off to work, I take it that there's going to be enough help laying the track and cutting the grass today so I'll see you all in the morning..........

If anyone gets chance to read this and more help is required then PM me or post a reply, I'l check it when i get in (around 3-4pm) then I can shoot over and offer a hand..........

Laters

Hi all,

Just got back and packed all the racing stuff away

Just wanted to say a BIG well done to all the BAtley club members that put on the regional today!!

Track was very good, and I think it stood up well to the racing too, makes me remember why I like the NE regionals so much....

Thanks again Everyone involved
