Theres SNRC in Chesterton for 1/8th nitro, Oakley centre in Crewe for on road stuff, bury for 1/10th off road, prcc and NNRC in preston for 1/8th nitro

I can only speak from a Northerly direction, there's a small club in Cheadle that covers a whole range of cars, but isn't particularly suited to 1/10th Buggies. They run every Thursday night @ 7pm.
A bit further but a lot better suited to 1/10th buggies is Roundabout Raceway in Denton which runs roughly fortnightly on Wednesdays @ 7pm.

Far west of Cheshire you have Ellesmere Port Off Roaders who run on a Friday evening Indoors, 1/18th Micro and V12 Mardave Racing
It's just as far for you to get to Oswestry on a Thursday night for 1/10th Off Road and Nitro racing on our purpose built track
