Really disappointed!!!!

Just received 2 lipo batteries.
One battery is swollen heavily and the other has a dent in the case.

I measured the voltage on the swollen battery and total voltage was 0.07V... one cell was 0V and the other 0.07V.
The other battery is ok, but still.. on the picture he send me you couldn't see a dent or if the battery was swollen.

Really unpleased with this.
Just sent him a email, I hope he replies fast.
If not I'll take further steps on Paypal.
