you bolt your rear spoiler on your shell? on the roof or above the rear window with servo mounts as wing mounts?

a lexan pug 205.did have it on the roof but i was once told by a leading uk touring champion that a trick they once used was moving the rear spoiler as far back as poss.so im giving it a try.

mine on the 206cc shell is 3/4 way and on 2 mounts.

This does seem to be prone to being ripped off (big crashes, kids feet over the track whilst watching ) but generally the lexan bends and it rescrews on with no issues.

I will be making a sign for it as well

"THIS IS A REAR WING, NOT A GRAB POINT TO LIFT THE CAR WITH"

i think they where telling you that as its going to make the car feel longer and easier to drive, put it where you think it should be, each person to there own
