Charity Funday 31st July

Further to my post regarding PR, a charity event is being held at Cordeaux on the 31st July. Might we consider pitching up with a demo and donation?

Nobody fancy this then, perhaps we could leave the track out and run a bit of practice, a few races, run the club cars etc. I'd be happy to stand with anyone who fancied a go or help out generally.

Perhaps the school would waive the hall rental by way of a donation?

Hey Jules,
been reading some of the threads that you have started.
And I understand alot of the points that you have made.
The first being about pr, and yes I agree alot more could be done to get more people involved in the hobby and into our club. And it is something that should be brought up with the commitee. It would need a dedicated member who has free time to attend these types of meetings, and when time is free I'm sure others would be more then happy to chip in and help. But its finding somewho, who has the time.
The charity idea again is another good idea, and one I feel should be gone through with Jerry and Chris V. It possibily abit late for anything to be arranged, as it would need to be gone through with the school. But I feel its best to contact Jerry or Chris.
