Default B44: Shock Length Question

Hi Guys...

I am considering putting some assoc shocks on my cat ec, since the original schumey shocks are "OK", but are not really as good as the assoc ones. I tried putting some B4 bodies and shafts on the front, but they were fractionally too short. I think the B44 front shafts are longer, but I would like to see how long a B44 shock is in length, before buying some shock shafts.

Can anyone give me an overall length (from top cap hole centre, to shock rod end hole centre) from a B44 shock?

Thanks
Mark

both my B4 and B44 shocks have an .030 limiter inside them, comparing them together, the B44 one is 1-2mm longer than the B4 one.

you could always unscrew the shock bottom a turn or 2.
