New to brushless, or new to buggys?

Either way I guess the best alround would be a 6.5, but this is probably too fast for a novice (esp indoors)

not sure how experienced you are so as a rule a beginner would probably use a 7.5 or 8.5, whereas an experienced racer would go for 6.5 or 5.5.

I ran 6.5 in 4WD last year and it wasn't lacking any speed

I would start with 10.5t and when you feel ready go to 8.5t

How big are the tracks?
How windy, how long are the straights?

Its a bit like asking how long is a piece of string!!

I've run (and won) using a 10.5 indoors on a small track. The added stability and control it gave me allowed me to take much neater lines even if I did lack a little down the straights.

I now run a 6.5 on the same track to get use to running the faster motor.
