Default All Day On the Grass - 07 May 2012 - Bank Holiday Monday

Hi Guys,

We will be holding our first meeting at our new venue at The Bell Plantation, Towcester, on Bank Holiday Monday the 07 May 2012.

Surface: Grass
Classes: 1/10 2wd, 4wd, and Short Course
Cost: £10 per class pre-booked, £15 on the day.

Gates open at 8am, practice starts a 9am. 4 rounds of round by round qualifying, and finals for all.

Hot food & drinks will be available all day at the on site Cafe, excellent food at reasonable prices.

Book in by responding to this thread with the usual details: Name, Classes, Ability, PT Number.

All the pipe has been ordered 400m to start with. The grass is getting a couple of cuts over the next week, and the long term weather forecast looks good!!

I'll upload some footage from when we tested the surface tonight.

We've had quite a few people book in already, I'll put a list up tonight.

Weather dependent of course, if it's dry it will be Schumacher yellow minispikes if it's wet it will be Ballistic green spikes

Matt,
1st I notice Adam U has booked in as an F5 ... he's currently running around at F3 pace so don't let him sand bag

2nd I would liek to know how unpopular I would become if I book in now and then can't make it? This weekend is still very much in doubt for me but I really hope that I will be able to make the meeting
