Another great days racing at batley. 4wd track was a lot faster and a more traditional batley layout than the previous day in 2wd.

Not too many breakages today though i broke 2 wishbones on the bj4x4, neither during racing !. Ben Riley suffered from some interference in round 2 which saw his car utterly destroyed- worse than even ben can usually manage.

The A final was a great race between Richard Lowe and Paul Bradby, with richard leading through most of the race, getting tagged by paul half way through which didnt change the order. Paul got past eventually to take the win by a wheels length from richard. Awesome!

I qualified in the C final in 7th, worked my way up to 2nd for most of the race and realising the trophy was mine lost my nerve and finished 4th despite desperate rostrum pleas to Gemma Towers to stop her car and let me take the trophy for 3rd... All good fun.
