The Annual "Juniors and Veterans" race was held this year at BATLEY, with classes for under-13, under-16, under-19 and Veterans (over 40).

I guess there is a reason behind it but it would be nice to have an "open" class for all those "inbetween" years racers like myself. Or at least base it on mental age to be fair ! ok ok, im jealous! :)

Some nice prizes were provided by (insert sponsor name here!), ranging from foam inserts / glue / stickers all the way up to r/c model airplanes ! Great stuff. And EVERYONE gets a trophy at the Juniors and Vets.

The weather was rather poor today with showers and generally overcast all day, not really what i want when i turn up just to take photos !!
