A decent number turned up for the First North east 4wd regional, The day started off ok but rained early on and made me think "what am i doing" !.. luckily the weather got better as you can see from the photos.

Plents of crashes and parts broken (not mine thankfully), i saw a huge number of shock towers break. The Bury metro track is really unforgiving and hard work, especially in 4wd.

Aslaans CAT 2000 looked really good round the track, as did the xx4's and X5... The losi xxx4 looked about the biggest handfull- but still very fast (just dont crash!).

The race controller (rog ??) was great as always, plenty of sarcasm and comedy..

I ended up 2nd in the D (oh dear).
