oople Logo creation

Here you can see, ive imported the "lines" from Illustrator into a 3d program, 3D Studio Max in this case.

I have added a very simple "Bevel" and "Extrude" to the shapes.

I added 3 simple lights:

1 - main diffuse skylight from above,

2 - Light from the front left side (visible as a yellow ball) to give hilites.

3 - A purple / blue light from behind to give it more depth.

I made some simple materials and rendered it out.
