Awaiting full confirmation from the Race Controller, Roger.

But bury members are asked to arrive from 7.30am to help with setting out the pitting areas and assisting with marshalling the parking. Before we start track set up.
Space for pitching and pitting will not be a problem but....

With parking predominantly being restricted to the main car park, those persons with generators are kindly asked to bring them along and will be asked to park their cars in the main car park, but away from the track side. They will then be politely asked to pit on the grassed area at the side of the usual straight.

Those that will rely on their own cars for charging will be marshalled to park their cars along the car park barrier a view to them pitting on the grass nearest to their cars.

We do have a couple of gazebos that we intend to get out, but will look for persons with space free in theirs to invite and welcome other drivers to pit with them. A bit of friendly bonding. :wub
