If you follow a sat-nav using the postcode, it'll probably take you to a dead end, the postcode is for the farmhouse next to the track, but there is a big gate that only gets opened if they need an ambulance for a fallen motoX rider.

Just about half a mile or so closer to Kings Lynn is a turning that has an Eastrax sign on the bottom of it, and turn off there, it'll take you round some twisty lanes, but you will get to the correct side of the gate.
