Hi all!
I am trying to set up my 22T for racing on carpet.
I currently use:
Front: Blue springs, 35wt oil, piston #56, inboard link mount on chassis +3mm, -1° camber, shock inboard hole down inboard hole up, 0° toe.
Rear: Orange springs, 30wt oil, piston #55, outboard link mount on chassis, center on hub +1mm, -1° camber, shock inboard hole down inboard hole up, 3° toe in, 1mm antisquatt.
Tires: Stagger yellow up front, HPI Ground Assoult D at rear.
I know stadium trucks are no longer popular in the UK, but.. any advices??

Hi there don't no much about the 22t but I would be going
Front
Mid hole on tower outer hole on arm
Take spacers out from under front link balls
55 piston 35w oil blue or orange spring
Rear
Inside hole on tower inside hole on arm
Make rear link as long as possible -2 deg camber
55 piston 30 oil yellow or pink spring
This should be good for bumpy track if in door go up + 5 on oil all around 35/30
Ride hight at about 18mm if slapping the floor landing from jumps put at 20mm all around
Hope this helps let us no if it dose

I agree AfroP!! ST are fun!
By the way I moved the front shocks to the center hole on the tower finding improvement, I will try removing the washers and also moving the shock to the outer hole on the arm.
At the rear I prefer having a stiffer that usual setup, so that the truck runs flatter in turns.
I tried -2deg camber finding only that tire wear concentrates near the inside edge, i.e. contact surface to ground reduces, so back to -1deg.
Please tell me something about washers under the rear inner ball stud, again with the aim of having the truck run flat.
As a side note: HPI Ground Assault are a good choice: good balance between side bite and traction, and relatively low wear.
Thanks!:D

My understanding is that if you put washers under nethe ball stud it rases the roll center plus more camber gane as the car rolls over hope this helps if I am wrong Someone please correct me as not 100%
Removing washers from front I found it made the steering more prodictabl throw the hole corner could push harder around the corner with out it snapping around mid corner
