HELP !!!! Muchmore Racing Fleta software.

Can anybody help or is anybody else having problems loading the software for the MuchMore racing Fleta pro speedo. I'm using windows 8.1 OS.
1/ I've downloaded the software
2/ Followed the instructions as per the instructions
3/ Keep getting this error message and can't get any further !

Think I did, can't remember ! why is there a difference ?

It usually makes a difference, I know that with the SP software you have to Right click and run as admin for it to work.

Test it and see

Different software and firmware from me but interesting all the same.
