This might be a long-shot, but a Sunday roast is hard to beat. id be happy to pre-order if that helps.:)

i can do sunday roasts not a problem but will need to see what the interest is to warrant the costs etc,

the races always seem hectic everyone i have done and everybody seems to want hand food and quick eating between races etc.

but i am ope to suggestions going forward :)
