Nope, while the LRP Flow and Nosram Comet can run on 1S you still need a booster for the receiver and servo.

My Nosram pearl version 2 esc (NR900955) work on my gt12 or 12th work fine without booster

Yes, only the older versions of the LRP speedos (LRP SXX v2 and Nosram Pearl v2) work on 1S. None of the latest crop will work on 1S without a booster/receiver pack. Merry Christmas Ken! :)
