Added new "name decals" form

[jimmy]

I added a new quickie form for the name decals ordering.

http://www.oople.com/rc/decals/oople-namedecals.html (http://www.oople.com/forums/../rc/decals/oople-namedecals.html)

This form might go down occasionally to ease my work load (when I am busy with other things) - but I have been doing these exact decals all along, for those who have emailed me.

Yep same as Kev. Got the stickers yesterday Jimmy, look bang on. They're better than the Orange and Black ones you did for me originally and I thought they looked spot on as well!

Happy days!

[jimmy]

Cheers guys!

Yeah, You had some of the very first name decals I did Johnny, glad you like them.
