after seeing a diffrence in quality between my xxx cr and my rat, i got curious about losi parts on a mad rad.
well as my first tester, i got the front changed with just a little drilling of the losi carrier blocks..this was to use the rat wishbones and carrier pins.
once fitted, i had to change the outside ends of the turnbuckles to match the losi balljoints.
I have also fitted a losi xxxcr diff gear in the gear box as i was unhappy with the roughness of the mesh. i also milled out a losi spur and got that fitted, as per usuall you'll need the losi slipper friction plates to sit on the spur. i found the 78 to be the best all-rounder.
i'm rather happy with it so far, work to continue soon, i'll keep you posted. :thumbsup::p;)
