No but i could just run one, but running 2wd and 4wd is a bit mental on the charging so I have 3, but i could just run one. Guess it depends on numbers present and your charger. Mine only does 5 amps but with the numbers down there now it would be easy enough time to top it up. Normally takes 25ish minutes to charge back up at 5amps. So when there were 2 heats turning up then no, but now there are 7 heats its loads of time.

umm the servo mounts shock towers and thee rear arms and the main chasiss i think evertthing else has been tested to destruction
I've run 1 pack of 4900's in my 4wd for over a year. Charge before, do a run and charge between heats. Never had any problems.
Comes out of the car warm, cools during charge and then gets hammered again in the next round. Always left at least 3/4 charged between meetings.
