servo speed and motor

what is the best servo speed in a2wd 0.06,0.07or 0.08 and what motor 6.5 or 7.5 using lrp 5300 40c and orion 5400 45c lipo's :confused:

For the servo its all about speed + tourque.
Depending on your track (Indoors 7.5 or out 6.5) And both of those lipo's will be fine
