Does anyone know if another manufacturers wheels will fit the Macnum? Also alternative tyres and tyre sizes?

Most 2.2 truck wheels etc fit... HPI, Proline blah blah etc etc...

Wheelspin has a huge selection that will fit... dozens of wheels and tyres.
