What's your additive regime?
Storage won't harm the tyres, but they "dry out" a little so usually benefit from a little additive to soften them.
You may well find that the colder conditions are affecting the grip at your venue too.

I race a t3 also have you checked the car over to see if anything is broken loose etc,did you hit anything during your last race.
Was anyone else struggling with grip?
Different shell?
anything?

I have some 28JBs that have been on and off the car in maybe half-a-dozen meetings since the autumn. Still going strong. My additive routine is to give them a good soak at the start of the meeting (Nosram carpet, 20-30 minutes, reapplying to keep the tyres wet, wiping before going onto the track of course).
Then during the meeting I have stopped re-applying additive, I just clean with motor spray. I find that the tyres can become greasy if too much additive is applied during the day. I don't have warmers.
PS the car can feel a bit different on very fresh tyres, but they aren't really much quicker unless you are national A-final standard. It's worth adapting your setup to work on worn tyres rather than needing that new tyre boost all the time (which only lasts for about one race!).
