changing shock oil

hi all, what is the best way to change shock oil as i have never changed the oil since i brought the car second hand off a club member where i race

any help appreciated

which make of car?

do the shocks have a small bladder in the top?

then folk can advise on which oils to put back in

there are more video's on YT, might not cover your car but the priciples the same

not sure what a bladder is

i have already got the shock oil which i was advised to buy
