In my experience Parcel Farce couldn't find their own backsides with both hands!

I had a parcel sent from taiwan from my servo sponsor with no address by mistake. call up the courrier and they may be able to help. They helped me!

depends on how it was posted, what scale, if it was EMS then you can use your tracking number on the parcelforce site, just try the number anyways, you can always phone, if you got the tracking number, and details of the invoice.

unsuccesfully delivery usally means customs charges and is enroute to local depot for them to send you a post card with a new uk tracking number begining with EC and with the details of how much there are going to rip you off for importing
vat + parcel force cut plus a little extra post.

Don't celebrate yet - these days they don't bother collecting charges at the depot, they send you an invoice later... :o

erm, no, Parcel Force will not release an item for collection/delivery until you have paid the bill, which includes their charges plus duty due. if you don't pay within a certain amount of time, the item is returned back to the sender, simple as that.
