Both are obviously 5:1.

No difference whatsoever from a ratio point of view. The 48DP versions will be a larger diameter than the 64DP versions, that's all.

Gear ratio is all about ratio - the ratio of one to the other. It has nothing to do with the diametral pitch (DP) of the teeth. Providing the tyres are the same diameter for each set of gears, the rollout will be the same too.
