Does EFRA Legal also mean BRCA Legal

Just purchased some saddle lipos from Vapex via Ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=370498897062&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT

Add states BRCA and EFRA approved, however i can only find them on the EFRA list and not the BRCA, only the older 30c ones. I know i should of checked first, but can anyone advise?

If you want you should be able to return them as the description is not correct........

So i assume EFRA does not mean BRCA legal? Bit naughty really! Only orderded tonight, so might ring in the morning.

They are only BRCA legal, if they have been submitted. It's quite possible that they could meet the spec, but weren't ever submitted.

The only way to know if they are BRCA legal, is check the BRCA list.

Ok Cheers, well in that case the are not, so they really need to change their Add. Have emailed them, but as yet no response

the product code in the add is the same as the brca list.
on the vapex web site they only do a 30c saddle pack

Thanks, but they only have them on ebay at the moment and they are different. They guy from Vapex has been sound. He has emailed someone in the BRCA asking for info as they were submitted. I'll post what happens when i hear back.

I thought I saw the 50c ones on the brca list when it first came out, maybe I was looking at the efra one though!?

Yeah it was the EFRA list i expect. They have confirmed they are not on the list. They did submit, but something went wrong. Have to say they have been very good about it, offered a full refund including postage and have kept me informed while talking to the BRCA.
