I run dboots multibyte's rear and the 2wd multibyte's on the front.
My son runs the same rears but the cut staggers on the front.Seem to work just as good.
Thats running on grass and hard packed dirt.
It all depends on what surface you are running on.
Your better off going to the track and asking what the racers are using.
Thanks have now got my yellow spikes what inserts do people use?
Justin for NBC you'll need Schumacher yellows for the dry and greens if you feel like racing in the damp / wet. As Ashley mentioned a set of Ballistic Spikes in green compound are also a worth while option in the wet.
As for foams I always run these http://www.mroracing.com/foam-inserts.html
