Sorry, I went to sleep! I was knackered! ;) ace day today, never seen rally cars in the flesh before - the ford puma really kicked me in the head with how loud it was exploding all over the place.

I've heard that 3rd gear on his gearbox is badgered, but all the others are mint, in-fact, like brand fire new

[Stu]

160-180, blimey.

Looked like he maxed out today at about 35.

[ben]

[ben]

Carl wardrobe is nothing random.

[strobe]

Jimmy. If you get the chance this year try and get to an event that Andy Burton is doing in his Self built Peugeot cosworth 4wd car. The sound from that beast is truly amazing.
The 1st minute of this clip is him from Sats Wyedean rally. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KkwIId55lQU

Nice work chaps, looks like a great day for it too! Drop me a line next time you're going, if you'd be so kind.

[Stu]

We coined a new phrase on Sunday - it's called 'getting a Byrom'.

[P_B]

Don't like the sound of that, haha!

got a new laptop - put the gallery together on that and ended up darkening all the photos a bit as they looked a bit over exposed.. I guess the new screen is a bit bright tho as they all look a bit dark on my regular comp! oh well :)

vicky looks like a little pixie sat resting in the woods (http://www.oople.com/rc/photos/riponrallyclub-100208/OOP_9386.html) there mate

[jimmy]

really nice day it was, far better than sat in a smelly old sports hall I think

[bigred5765]

how close did you get to some of those car
must have been able to see the pace notes i bet

[jimmy]

pretty close it has to be said, I only had one 'moment in mi pants' when one of the mitsubishis came sliding wide towards us and showered us all with mud rain

[bigred5765]

top job mate

[jimmy]

We coined a new phrase on Sunday - it's called 'getting a Byrom'.

This is a perfect example of me 'gettin a byrom' - in between waiting for cars to come past I fired out a BYROM, not quite as good as a genuine Byrom of course.

http://www.oople.com/rc/photos/riponrallyclub-100208/OOP_9578.html

[bigred5765]

were is this original Byrom, and is it for sale, first editions alway fetch more

[Stu]

I popped up a full gallery now
