This years TORCH AGM will take place on the 11th November at the Chase Pub in Waltham Chase.

Remember this is a chance to have a say in the 2012 plans.

On Friday 11th November TORCH will be holding their annual AGM meeting at the Chase Pub in Waltham Chase with the meeting starting at 19:00
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and vote any changes for the year 2012.
At the meeting the following committee roles will be hopefully filled:
Chairman
Vice Chairman
Secretary
Treasurer
Website Co-ordinator
Membership Secretary
Track Maintenance and Health & Safety Officer
PR and Events Co-ordinator
Proposals put forward to the club need to be put forward in person. Proposals also need to be sent to the
[email protected] email address by Wednesday 9th November.
We hope as many of you can make it.

SO32 2LL
Proposals:
For proposals these need to be:
1) Seconded
2) To BRCA guidelines
3) Best interests of the club
The original proposer and seconder need to attend the AGM meeting.

Just a quick reminder that our AGM is tonight. This is your opportunity to input to how the club is run over the next year and if you are not there your views cannot be heard.
Be good to see as many of you as possible.
I'm going to propose CrazyL as Director of Infection and Danger :p.
