I tried to pull my ESC out of the car and the heatsink has come off.

Can someone tell me what I need to glue it back on?

Thanks Dave,

I've ordered some thermal glue, hopefully that'll solve it.

no worries

as MC states a drop of superglue to seal the plate to the case once you have fixed back in place wont go amiss

welcome back to rc were a friendly bunch on here (mostly :D)

Your best bet to stick it back on and provide optimum heat transfer, would be to find some Arctic Epoxy. When i was a lad and overclocking PC's, if we needed to fix a HS onto a north or southbridge, we always used Arctic Epoxy, excellent heat transfer characteristics and your chances of getting it off again are pretty remote...

Search for it on your search engine, but I think Scan.co.uk still sell it.
