CSC is a Carbon/Glass Fibre mix.

I have the C/F ones in stock and will have them at Cov.

the ones you refer to are too thick and you have to buy longer screws etc

i run the penguin r/c ones from penguinrc.com

You discount much improved (thicker) stifners cos you have to buy longer screws???? Surely that's the wrong way round?

Ash,

CSC is made up like this:

Carbon layer | Glass layer | Carbon layer

It is a tiny tiny tiny bit heavier than full carbon fibre, but is stronger and a lot cheaper.

There will be no problem using the CSC ones, FL used to sell a lot of CSC towers.

No Ash, that's just fibreglass sheet.

CSC looks as bling as proper carbon fibre.
