novak havok sc 550 brake probs

just installed this brand new with the recomended 15t pinion into my desc410r..... no fookin brakes!!!

i've adjusted the minimum brake to max and the brake frequency to min and still have next to no braking!!!

the novak website doesnt help so maybe you can???

I know the motor is ok as i've swapped them over and still have the same problem. help, i'm going mental!!!!!!!

Have you checked all of your radio settings? Can you try re-settings your endpoints on the speedo.

tried again and again!! the brakes do get slightly better when you turn up the minimum brake as you can hear it but it still doesnt actually stop the truck!!! complete crap!!:thumbdown:
