looking at the spec, who on this earth would be dumb enough to buy the R? for the extra £70 you get sooooo much more.

Maybe they should focus on getting the V3 out to customers that have been waiting months before worrying about releasing a new kit.

Got to agree here, for the average club racer, your going to have to spend money on the alloy hingepin holders as these are going to break almost from the offset. For another £70, you get so much more as lippy says. :lol:

I just hope the availability of kits and parts improves soon, I'm looking for get my V3 in january and will be needing more 210 stuff as well.

But I guess it is good thing for 4WD kits aimed at the "club racer" to be offered at even lower prices, especially considering the quality of durango equipment.

Only if you crash a lot. If you crash you have to expect things to break. Learn not to crash and not only you'll put in faster race times your gear will last longer too.

This is just like the alloy servo arm "must replace" lark. you don't need to replace it unless it breaks. Same with those holders. Only replace it you break them. Don't spend money when the plastic ones will do just as well.

Bloody nice paint job by RCS again.

I have a older R and I have replaced the front brace and put fibre-lite carbon towers that's it!

Have I broke any of the 3 standard plastic blocks? No
Have I broke a steering arm? No
Have I crashed hard? Yes

To break a 410 you'd have to be a first class tool. :thumbdown:

The Irony is the novice/club racer is more likly to crash so would be better off spending the extra. I was launching my V3 18 feet at the weekend at torch and it's bomb proof.:thumbsup:

Yay John Miller is famous:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:
