Restoring White nylon parts and Carbon Fibre

Hi all,

Anyone know of a good way to restore white nylon parts back to their former glory? Boiling them in bleech is the only way I can think of but just in case there is another way thought I'd ask.

Also, how about bringing back the shine to Carbon Fibre parts, some brasso or fine car cutting compound and polish the crap into it is the only way I can think of here.

Any other ideas?

Mike

Simichrome Polish Paste will make carbon fiber look like new I think it a German polish you can get it off ebay for about £10 is the way I use. Anthor way is I put some thinners on a rag and rub on the carbon after that I get a clean rag and wipe off any muck or dirt.
