SMD Team C Racing Team Manager
 

Hi all,
My name is Alec Springer, I've been racing 1/10th off road for over 25 years at international, national, regional and club level. I am based in sunny Buckingham and so I am lucky to have a large amount of off road clubs relatively close to home.

I am very pleased to say that I have taken over the role of Team Manager for SMD and will be responsible for looking after the existing team drivers and also recruiting all new drivers.

It's an exciting time for us here with the arrival of the eagerly awaited TM2 2wd 1/10th off road car, that has already shown great promise in the hands of up and coming driver Oliver Scholz at Langenfeld last weekend.

We are looking for team drivers for the 2013 season so if you would like to become part of the SMD team and would like to be considered to run the Team C Racing cars, including the all new TM2 please contact me in the first instance either via PM on Oople or by email at alecspringer63@hotmail.com. All applicants will be considered on their own merit, regardless of age, experience etc. We are primarily looking for people who will represent SMD, Team C Racing and Absima to the best of their ability at all times. Once you are part of the team I will give you my mobile number so you can have direct contact at all times and I'll be happy to discuss set up changes etc when needed.

I will be very active on Oople and will be posting all set ups for all of the current cars and, of course, the new TM2 regularly and will encourage all team drivers to openly share their ideas and tips too.

I look forward to meeting those I don't already know at meetings up and down the country so please feel free to come over and introduce yourselves.

I will be doing regionals, not finalised which yet, but pointing towards the East i think ;0)
