team orion advantage touch output in amps

Could somebody.that has a team Orion advantage touch charger please set the capacity at 6000mah and tell me what rate in amps the charger says its outputting,

I have read on some sites that.the maximum charge rate is 5 amps and even the horizon hobby demo video on YouTube shows 5 amps but I've heard from somewhere it charges at 6 amps,

Could somebody please confirm which is right, someone that can test this first hand,

Thankyou.

If you have a YouTube account a vid showing this would be a bonus, thanks

I've just checked my Orion Touch charger and when set to 6000Mah, it does charge at 6amps. Although I normally have mines set to 5500 which is a 5.5amp charge rate for my Orion 90c lipos.

There is a sticker on the front of my box, saying 6amp charge, I bought mines about 2 months ago. I think some of the early models where 5amp max, but I am sure Orion updated the firmware early on to do 6amp.

hope this helps.

Got my 2 chargers, well impressed with them, best £240 I've spent for a while, they came with version 1.3 firmware and after I did the update on them both to 1.4 you can change the colours on the screen, top top chargers. :D:D
