You'll have reception, but in racing you'll be the 1st to have interference. KO receivers work very poorly with other brands of radios (or X-tals for that matter).

I you want to have a multipurpose receiver a Futaba is probably you best bet.

LRP Phasers are pretty foolproof as well! And they are blue :)

It worked fine wit me. I was using a super exzes with a 302, aslong as you use sanwa xtals.
