Spektrum transmitter aerial

Somehow today I managed to break the antenna on my module today. I've had a quick search and found that they are available to purchase but does anyone know if they are a universal part seeing as they look the same as wifi antenna? no doubt they'll be a bit cheaper than the spektrum part if they are.

They are only £4.85 - part number SPMR75001 - we have them in stock if you need one
