silicon oil mixture calculator
 
Guys is this site correct ?i have a 30000 and a 1000 silicone oil and i want to archive 10000. Thanx

Not sure :blush: did a quick calculation using 10000 and 5000 with a target of 7500 and it came up with a percentage split of 52 to 48 maybe it is me but I'd have thought that it would be 50 / 50?

Why bother messing around mixing oils just buy the correct cst

Oil viscosity isn't a linear scale. 2000cSt isn't twice as "stiff" as 1000cSt. And I checked that calculator against the one we use at work, and it's near as dammit the same.
