Trinity Li-Po Warmer / TRI20235

don't waste your money as it's banned by ROAR so more than likely be banned by the BRCA

What Team Epic's website says is also rubbish. Higher voltage after charging? You won't have much of a LiPo pack left soon after! There's a very good reason why the maximum charging voltage is 4.2V/cell. The IR point is fine though.

wonder if it would keep my pasties warm at meetings?

I think what they are eluding to is that fact that the chemistry in LiPos is very much affected by temperature. At lower temps the maximum voltage for LiPos before damage drops. A rare few of the better charges have temperature sensors in them that will reduce the charge to 90% at lower temperatures. This is because the LiPo’s maximum voltage has dropped and charging them to what is considered the normal voltage will actually damage them and reduce their life.
