Robitronic sportstar brushless
Has anyone tried the new speedos from Robitronic?.... Any good?
Microtech have them in and i,m tempted by the price and from the pics they look small enough to fit in my TC02 which would be handy. Any feedback appreciated :) |
Decided to try one out.Hopefully have it up and running at the PDA next Sunday.
Looks very similar to another speedo i have http://s158.photobucket.com/albums/t...ax/robitronic/ |
I hear they are the same as the Fusion Exceed system, which seems pretty decent.
|
my first thought when i saw it was it looked like a re-cased lrp/nosram speedo.
|
I'd be interested to know how you get on with this. Looking at getting one for my B4. Would you mind updating the thread after Sunday?

Super smooth compared to what i was using prior to this and i,d highly recommend them. A BIG thumbs up from me  |
Nice one, well done ,
I have a losi speedo in my d4 and b4, but one is on its way out. I was thinking of getting this for the b4 which has a 6.5 in it. Do you think that would be ok? Also can you set initial accel, lipo cut off etc? |
To be honest i just put it in, turned it on and went racing.:)
I have yet to set it up properly but will probably just leave it at default settings for now as it was spot on.Its rated as a 5.5 motor limit but i only use 7.5 and above anyway. It has the low voltage cut off settings/initial accel settings. |
Does anybody know if this will program the Robitronics? as they look identical to the Fusion exceed speedos.
