are this any good to use in 1/10 scale cars or is there better for that kind of price

You wont go far wrong with the Spektrum H6040 or the Savox 1258tg
there both excellent servos and almost the the same servo!

I ran one of the £26 Savox servos in my SC10 and B4 without any problems. Good value metal geared servos :)
