The "ball ends" are the same size on the BMAX as...

Are any B-MAX and MR-4BX Parts Interchangeable?

I have a BX...can I use any of those parts on the B-MAX? Like the universals, titanium screws, carbon fiber battery braces, titanium tie rods, diff parts,...etc?
