sounds about right to me, unless its almost at the point of stalling when warm
You could try a throttle relearn - basically start the car from stone cold and leave it running until the engine fan cuts in (10-15 minutes) - don't touch the throttle in this time.
I assume the relearn procedure for the Fiesta is similar to other cars with electronic throttles
