Dan, in my opinion the last thing the grass area needs is more 'patchwork' astro. Pull up the random bits of astro that are in the grass area at the moment and let the sun and rain at them, they will re-seed naturally. If they are not raced on over the winter the grass will be as good as new next year.

Agree on the banking and the concrete.

It doesn't all have to be used right now. It would be nice to save some to use on some fresh new permanant jumps in my opinion. Could be a work-part idea for over the winter, to get the track ready for next years national*

Also, if it was up to me, I would pull all the random and broken fence posts out and just put up a orange catch fence for BRCA events. Would make cutting the grass easier, and the guy who cuts the other area might actually cut the grass area (might be worth asking someone about that???).

* I do not know if Batley will be applying for a National next year, but it would be nice to see it back on the calander imho.
